In this role as a senior level executive, Erica is leading and expanding Elite's presence in the multifamily housing and specialty projects sectors. She will be responsible to drive strategic growth, build key relationships and oversee sales operations for these crucial market segments. This new role will oversee the existing commercial and multifamily sales. Her first day in the new role was October 28, 2024 and she is based in the Illinois office with sales and operations capabilities nationwide.
Previously, Erica has accumulated over a decade of experience with 123 Exteriors/Elite. She began her career in the industry and with 123 Exteriors in 2014 as a mobile sales representative. Her outstanding performance led to a swift promotion to general manager of 123's inaugural office and one of its highest-performing branches. In this role, she managed both sales and production, making history as the first female general manager. Under her leadership, the market she oversaw consistently achieved one of the highest volumes of specialty sales, while her expertise in the products deepened significantly.
In 2020, Erica was elevated to the role of vice president of operations, where she assumed responsibility for overseeing the company's production capabilities and strategic direction. During her tenure, the company experienced substantial revenue growth, reaching up to $25 million. Following the acquisition of 123 Exteriors by Elite, Erica continued in her VP capacity, overseeing annual revenue production in excess of $60 million. Her leadership has been instrumental in steering the company. At the National Women in Roofing (NWIR) conference in 2024 she was recognized as one of the finalists for the World Veteran Award which recognizes women at the top of their game who have dedicated service to the roofing industry and to their community.
