The program encompasses four distinct judging criteria: “Why Asphalt,” “Project Challenges,” “Distinction,” and “Beauty.” A distinguished panel of judges convenes to critique and select the best asphalt roofing projects. Winners should embody the core values of ARMA, such as utilizing asphalt roofing materials that are beautiful, affordable, reliable, durable, and sustainable. 

ARMA will award monetary prizes of $2,000 (Gold), $1,000 (Silver), and $500 (Bronze) to projects with the highest scores, as evaluated by judges. Medal and best-in-class winners will receive an official ARMA certificate, promotions on ARMA’s website and social media platforms, authority-boosting materials, national and local trade media exposure, plus recognition at the 2024 International Roofing Expo.
