Dear Tilcor customers,
As a valued Tilcor partner, we want to update you on our Covid-19 business & operational plans. The Tilcor team is monitoring the situation daily and we have implemented the latest CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers & team members. We have activated our own business continuity plan (BCP) and appointed one of our senior Managers as our Covid-19 Manager.
We’re closely following official advice from President Trump and will comply with all requirements in terms of travel, mass gatherings, self-isolation and any other restrictions imposed. We will also abide by the 15-day restrictions and limit our communication to be over the phone or through videoconferencing. Our goal is to take extra precautions to keep everyone safe until the situation passes and the all clear is provided.
Operationally, its business as usual for us, but like you, we’re dealing with a fast-moving situation. Thankfully, there are currently no restrictions in our supply chain and products continue to flow to & from our warehouses in California and Texas. We are in close contact with our suppliers on a daily basis. If anything changes, we will communicate so we can all plan accordingly.
Ensuring the safety of our customers and our team members is critical in everything we do at Tilcor. We value your business and will continue to provide the highest level of service to all industry partners and customers.
