Contractors who have been looking for a valuable loyalty program can look no further. IKO Industries recently upgraded their ROOFPRO program to make it more accessible. So much so, that contractors can test out the entry level tier of the program before committing to buying in. Jack Gottesman, contractor channel programs director of IKO, recently told us more about the program in this episode of Roofing Road Trips.
By breaking the program down into tiers and allowing contractors to test out ROOFPRO IKO’s loyalty program is more accessible than ever. The three tiers of the program are Advantage, Select and Craftsman Premier. Tier level is based on how many squares of IKO shingles a customer purchases per year*.
Continued education and business tools are amongst the many benefits of the ROOFPRO program. Jack states that this is because “you have these roofers who are amazing at roofing, and then when it comes to marketing their business and having other tools to navigate the world of running a business, they are a step behind because that's not their background.”
By offering these tools and giving contractors knowledge of how to use them, the ROOFPRO loyalty program can benefit contractors looking to grow their businesses. The program also provides resources on installing IKO products, sales training, and exclusive offers and discounts. and more. Jack says they aim to have resources that will be of use to beginner roofing companies and more advanced ones too.
It’s one thing to have great incentives within a loyalty program, but there also has to be a reason why customers are loyal to the program. Jack says this is why IKO always commits to providing quality products to their customers. “IKO’s Dynasty® and Nordic™ Performance class shingles with the expanded nailing zone on the face of the shingle and reinforced band on the back are not only larger than most other shingles in their class but – as of 2022 – now both carry a high impact resistant rating, ” he says. “They're designed to stay on when you put them on, which means fewer callbacks.”
