There are Good Things Happening this Summer for National Women in Roofing

Hello National Women in Roofing newsletter followers. I don't know if you can see behind me, but do you know what's happening here at the Sacramento Airport? Roofing. Roofing is what's happening here and it's awesome to see. I've been sitting here watching them for the last few minutes and let me tell you, I don't know what roofing company this is, but it's a huge shout out. Your safety's on point. Your crew is working fabulously. They all look like they're having fun. There's shade, there's water, everything is in place, and I've been standing here just thinking to myself what a great trade we have. They're outdoors, they're working, they're proud of their work, and I've been sitting here staring at them. Let's see. Can you see? I don't know if you can see them back there.

But anyways, we have a combined July/August newsletter and I just want to tell you to check it out. You want to see great roofing stuff? Check out these women who, across the nation, are working tirelessly at community service, engagement, giving back in their community, recruiting, recruiting people into our industry, retaining people. How do we do that? What does that look like? Getting more women on the roof! How do we put that in place? If you look through the newsletter, you will see a fabulous group of women in this industry who should be championed at every turn because of the hard, hard work they put in, the hard work that they look at to make our industry better and the excitement that they have for roofing. This is awesome!
