In a recent Read, Listen, Watch webinar, Heidi J. Ellsworth sat down with EagleView Business Development Manager Brady Campbell, and AccuLynx Director of Operations Lynn Foster, to discuss how contractors are getting the most out of software applications by utilizing technologies from both EagleView and AccuLynx to find optimal ways to upsell home and building owners for exterior finishes, gutters and sidings.
AccuLynx and EagleView have combined their technologies to bring their customers a unique and highly accurate measurement report system that can be utilized to make the estimate and ordering process a breeze. With this roof and siding report, contractors can use the resulting accurate data to upsell homeowners for new gutters, siding and other exterior finishes based on their findings.
In this RLW, Brady and Lynn demonstrate the report process from start to finish, showing just how fast and simple their companies’ combined efforts have made the estimate process. They highlight how vast the product choices are and how big of a variety users can pick from in order to make their report as accurate and realistic as possible so that they’re delivering the best possible results to their customers.
Throughout the report building process, the plug-in options are presented in a dynamic way that enables users to change or add just about anything, such as percentages they want to see for profit margins, add in extra items such as another dryer vent or even remove items. This flexibility allows for the estimate to be extremely accurate, and users are retaining as much profit as possible.
Brady emphasized just how beneficial their report program is, “This demo only took 10 minutes, and the data is literally instantly at your fingertips. And with a few more clicks, there's your proposal. How hard was it 10 years ago to do that same type of automation and go out and see those homeowners. And the issue really comes back to is that your projects take a lot longer...” He continues, “As long as you have the data, you can actually go out and upsell these projects, whether it's windows, whether it's siding, hell if it's solar, whatever it may be. You just have to have the data there for you. And that's between AccuLynx and EagleView. We integrate that data so it's right there at your fingertips.”
