Lindy Ryan steps down as Senior Vice President of Service.

Lindy Ryan has stepped down from her position as Senior Vice President of Service and Leadership Development with Tecta America. She will remain with Tecta as the Vice President of Leadership and Development.

Lindy joined Tecta when her business, General Works, was acquired in 2005. Over her last 15 years with Tecta, Lindy has served with both distinction and integrity among Tecta's people in several roles, including as Southeast Regional President and President of Central Florida.

Her list of accomplishments is long and significant, having championed Tecta's Service Initiative, shepherded the Tecta Solution Center, and established Tecta's leadership development training programs. Lindy's new role at Tecta will allow her to focus her efforts on the development and training of Tecta's management and workforce.

In addition to her Tecta roles, she was the first woman to lead NRCA as Chairman when she served in 2015-2016. Lindy has been a mentor and a friend to all people in the industry. She has been that "one in a million" person you meet in your life that you'll always fondly remember.
