The national leader in commercial roofing acquires a leading company performing commercial roofing and sheetmetal based in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania.

Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces the acquisition of Tuscano-Maher Roofing (TMR) based in Saltsburg, Pennsylvania.

Tuscano-Maher Roofing has served the greater Saltsburg, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh) metro area and beyond since 1975. Over the last 45+ years, the Company has established itself as a premier provider of re-roofing, service & maintenance, and new construction roofing and sheetmetal services for local and state municipalities, property owners and property managers. TMR's focus on safety and taking care of its people has been the key to its success.
