Tecta America Commercial Roofing Acquires Pieros Construction Co.

The national leader in commercial roofing acquires a leading company performing commercial roofing based in Somerville, New Jersey.

Tecta America, the national leader in commercial roofing, announces the acquisition of Pieros Construction Co. (Pieros) based in Somerville, New Jersey.

Pieros has served the greater central and northern New Jersey markets and beyond since 1973. Over the last 50 years, the company has established itself as a premier provider of re-roofing and service and maintenance services for property owners, property managers and general contractors. Pieros' focus on safety and taking care of its people and customers has been the keys to its success.

Rich Pieros will continue in his current role as president and Jean Pieros will continue in her role as vice president. The operation will be known as Pieros Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC.
