Stormseal has won the People’s Choice Award in the global non-profit competition, the 2022 QBE AcceliCITY Resilience Challenge.

Led by the non-profit Leading Cities, and in partnership with QBE Insurance Group, this competition is designed to improve upon our cities, building them to be more resilient and sustainable. This is the largest challenge of its kind, designed to encourage entrepreneurs to rise to the challenges of the future and build products that improve the equity, resilience, and safety of urban centers.

AcceliCITY lowers the cost of innovation for startups as well as governments by reorganizing the innovation and implementation cycles for Smart City solutions. Leading Cities’ AcceliCITY program connects startups’ smart solutions directly with business users and provides the proper channels, training, and knowledge to implement in cities.
