SRS Expands its Presence in California Through the Acquisition of JB Wholesale

This acquisition represents a unique opportunity to partner with one of the largest and most respected independent distributors in the industry.

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired J.B. Wholesale Roofing and Building Supplies, Inc. (“JB Wholesale” or the “Company”), a distributor of residential & commercial roofing and other related products.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Chatsworth, California, JB Wholesale was founded in 1979 by Keith Jones and is currently run by Brian Jones and Nizam Husaini. The Company operates 11 locations across Southern California and employs a team of ~200 people. Nizam will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated employee base under the JB Wholesale banner, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
