Showing Appreciation to Clients by Maintaining Connections

Seth and Ashley Business Goals in 2022
January 14, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

RCS Influencers Ashley and Seth Pietsch say that showing gratitude to customers is key to maintaining relationships into the new year.

Editor’s note: The following consists of a conversation between RCS Multi-media Manager Megan Ellsworth, and Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc Owners Ashley and Seth Pietsch. You can listen to the podcast or read the transcript below.

Megan Ellsworth: Good morning, everyone. My name is Megan Ellsworth here at RoofersCoffeeShop.com. And I'm back again with Seth and Ashley Pietsch from Integrity Insurance over in Oregon. And super excited, this is our last month of the year, last influencer response of 2021. And this month's topic is, what are you guys planning for 2022? I'm excited to hear. What do you guys got in the future?

Seth Pietsch: Well, I think this next 12 months in 2022, what we really want to just hone back in on is just really client relationships and really nurturing the relationships that we've developed over the years and just reaffirming how strong our connections are with our clients. Because really we've all experienced a lot of challenges over the last couple years and we just want to let everybody that we work with and associate with know that we're here for them in any aspect, in any capacity, that they need. And just really just show our appreciation to them and just really provide a service that they are longing for, and just strengthen that relationship and just keep everybody involved. And really just show our gratitude towards all the people that we work with and just really keep driving and strengthening the relationships that we've established over the years.

Megan Ellsworth: Yeah, totally.

Ashley Pietsch: Yeah. For 2022, we do have quite a few networking events that we plan to go to, which will be great keeping those connections, keeping those warm leads warm.

Megan Ellsworth: Yeah.

Ashley Pietsch: We had a huge growth year in 2021, which was fantastic. But this next year, really kind of focusing on helping our clients grow and keeping that going in the right directions, because when they grow, we grow and we all grow together. And getting referrals from them too, we have a lot of clients that are kind of referring business over our way. And so, really making sure we're taking care of them and turning around quotes quickly. And we're going to go the IRE, so we'll be there. So those will be good networking things. And yeah, we're really looking forward to 2022 and continuing the growth.

Megan Ellsworth: That is so great. Yes, we will be seeing you at IRE and Western States. That's great. Do you guys have any plans on how to keep or kind of re-cultivate those connections with people at IRE this year?

Seth Pietsch: Just be involved as much as we can. Ashley's part of NWIR, National Women in Roofing, and just really continuing to be a strong advocate for National Women in Roofing. And just showing our involvement with the different associations and really fine tuning the skills that are need needed to be involved with the industries that we are a part of. And just showing our expertise and our care about the overall industries and the associations we're part of, and just really excelling to the next level.

Megan Ellsworth: Absolutely.

Ashley Pietsch: Yeah. This year at IRE we're just going to be attending and doing some of the classes and things like that. But at the Western States, we will have a booth. So we will have a booth again this year, which will be fun.

Megan Ellsworth: That's awesome. Fabulous.

Ashley Pietsch: Yeah, yeah.

Megan Ellsworth: Great. Well, I think there is a lot in store for you all and for everyone in 2022. And I look forward to seeing what you guys do.

Ashley Pietsch: Well, thank you. It's been a great year. It's been fun partnering with you guys.

Megan Ellsworth: Oh, great. Well thank you so much for being influencers this year. We love your input and everything that you two have to say about the industry and everything that you do. So thank you so much.

Ashley Pietsch: Awesome. Well, thank you Megan.

Seth Pietsch: Thank you, Megan.
