A lot can get lost in translation. Trying to explain how something works via text, email, or even phone call can get messy. Demos allow us to walk users through the app experience, showcasing each feature, and answer questions as they arise. Every member of our Customer Success team is an absolute rockstar and they love talking with potential customers and showing them all the ins and outs of the product. Sometimes it can be hard to fully understand how something is going to work for you and your business from YouTube videos and App store reviews alone, so seeing it in action can help open your eyes to all the magical possibilities. A little cheesy, but very true.
