Roofing Corp of America acquires Roof Technologies Incorporated

New Orleans’ leading commercial roofing contractor joins RCA.

Roofing Corp of America is excited to announce the addition of Roof Technologies Incorporated to its growing portfolio. This investment is RCA’s first in Louisiana and reflects a commitment to continuing to scale its business throughout the sunbelt. Roof-Tech is a full-service commercial roofing contractor with a well-equipped and professionally staffed sheet metal fabrication shop. 

Since 1991, Roof-Tech, has been led by its founder Bill Luebbert. The business was built with a commitment to the principle that doing what is right when no one is watching will allow it to continue to be a leader in servicing clients and the community needs. This has proven to be true, resulting as the company has achieved significant and consistent growth over its 30+ year history.

Roof-Tech will operate as a stand-alone entity within Roofing Corp of America and will continue to be led by its talented team including President, Bill Luebbert, Vice President of Administration, Manny Gutierez, and Vice President of Operations, Nick LeBlanc.
