January 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

Roofing Alliance members help guide the initiatives that improve the roofing industry.

The Roofing Alliance, the foundation of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), announces its newest Governor Level member Complete Building Maintenance Co., headquartered in Lombard, Illinois.  Membership in the Roofing Alliance supports the efforts of the organization to secure the future excellence of the industry.

Tony Freas, President of Complete Building Maintenance Co., said, “We joined because we understand the burdens and struggles in our industry and the need for investing in the future and the purpose.”

Bennett Judson, Roofing Alliance Executive Director, remarked, “Our members make it possible for us to fund initiatives that support the development and advancement of the roofing industry. Each initiative that we fund would not be possible without their support and leadership. We are pleased to welcome Complete Building Maintenance as our newest member.”

The Roofing Alliance was established within the National Roofing Foundation (NRF) to create a permanent endowment fund to serve as a highly focused resource for the roofing industry.  As the Foundation of NRCA, its objectives are to fund research projects while also supporting and funding charitable and educational programs.

Roofing Alliance members represent the best professionals in the roofing industry and include contractors, manufacturers and distributors. Members meet twice a year to review initiatives and determine the best use of Roofing Alliance funds for the betterment of the industry overall.

About Complete Building Maintenance

Complete Building Maintenance was formed in 1962.  The firm performed masonry and tuck-pointing services and transitioned into roofing for commercial and industrial buildings in the late ‘60s.  Complete moved from Chicago to Lombard in the late 1970s.  The family owned business is unique in the roofing industry in that many of the same key personnel who joined the firm early on still work at Complete today.  Additionally, Complete is transitioning to an employee-owned company of which the first round of stocks is currently being released to the group of new owners.

Complete is a premium roofing company that inspects, repairs, replaces and maintains commercial and industrial roofs. They have a long-standing reputation for the highest quality roofing.  They specialize in existing buildings and complex projects.

About the Roofing Alliance
