ORCA is a non-profit organization created to promote, train and educate both its members and consumers on best practices for the roofing industry in Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Roofing Contractors Association goal is to help homeowners and commercial building owners and managers make informed decisions about replacing and maintaining their roof systems. In the consumer information area of the website, you will find helpful information and services to assist with these decisions.

ORCA's continued commitment to promote the ethics, education and image of the roofing industry in the state of Oklahoma has brought about positive changes for members in recent years. Members must pledge to follow the ORCA Code of Ethics, vowing to operate professionally, provide the best possible value to customers and treat their employees in a fair and ethical manner. They also pledge to aspire to elevate the standard of their work, to protect and defend the public from unethical practices. Members must also carry general liability and worker’s compensation insurance and follow state and local laws regarding licensing and permitting.
