CCG brings the expertise of industry veterans to any roofing contractor who wants to improve their organization.

RoofersCoffeeShop, the award-winning place where the industry meets for technology, information and everyday business is pleased to welcome Cotney Consulting Group. Cotney Consulting Group (CCG) is comprised of a group of deeply experienced roofing industry professionals whose goal is to help roofing contractors strengthen their businesses.

CCG is offering custom consulting services as well as monthly subscription plans that function similarly to the law side of the business. Contractors can choose from monthly bronze, silver and gold plans that offer access to services including consultants on demand, monthly calls, educational materials, business analyses, development of standard operating procedures and other policy procedures. Services vary depending on the subscription level selected.

Coming in the fall of 2020, subscription members will have access to the CCG fleet of mobile training trucks to deliver on-site education and training to their teams. The onsite training teams will focus on:

• Workforce training - bringing hands-on roofing system installation training to CCG subscription clients as an enhanced part of their plans.  Training will be provided on everything from single ply to modified roof systems and how to make repairs on existing roofs. An NRCA Qualified assessor is also available.
• Technical training - train your key personnel on all the technical aspects needed to develop and implement in-house quality control programs and inspections.
• Safety training - delivers on-site OSHA 10, 30, competent person, first aid, signal, rigging, lift and many other trainings.

CCG is in the process of building out online training resources with online videos, estimating academy and a full library or safety trainings that will complement the in-person training.
