CRA was established in 1978 with a commitment to “Promote the ethics, education, and image of the roofing industry throughout the State of Colorado through the actions of its members.”
CRA membership includes over 275 roofing contractors, consultants, engineers, manufacturers, distributors, and associated professionals throughout Colorado’s roofing industry. The association offers a training center, certification courses, community service projects, sponsorship programs, development of information and education sources for consumers on selecting a trusted professional roofing contractor, enhanced educational programs, state registration/licensing initiatives, scholarship programs, legislative representation, a worker compensation group program, sporting clay tournament and the Annual Awards Dinner for the development and success of its members.
Members receive support with code guidelines, education and worker training, free marketing tools and support with legislative issues. CRA’s website features a member section to help you with your roofing-related questions and to provide you with information on upcoming events, newsworthy issues, and to educate consumers on roofing issues.
The Colorado Roofing Association also has a goal to help homeowners and commercial building owners and managers make informed decisions about replacing and maintaining their roof systems. They have a dedicated consumer area on their website and assist them with selecting a trusted roofer.
