RoofersCoffeeShop® is Committed to Enhanced Communication, Networking and Education While We Wait Out the Coronavirus

RCS-special announcement image

By Heidi J. Ellsworth & Vickie Sharples, RCS Partners.

Digital communications are critical to keep business flowing.

As North America deals with the community spread of the Coronavirus, the roofing industry needs to continue working together to keep a high level of communication with each other and roofing customers.  By sharing news, best practices and advice, we can all help each other keep our families, employees and customers safe while also ensuring the economy keeps moving.  We know that the information offered at in-person events is important for the business of roofing and in light of the many events being cancelled, RCS wants to help provide the necessary tools for enhanced digital communications.  Please see our Coronavirus Update Page Here.

We are offering several digital alternatives that the industry can use during this time of decreased travel.

  1. The first and easiest communication vehicle is to utilize our RCS Roofers Talk Forum specifically for sharing best practices in dealing with the pandemic to protect employees and customers while keeping business going.  We want contractors helping contractors and the industry as a whole.  This forum will be open to all roofing professionals for sharing advice, asking questions and jointly finding solutions.

  2. Get accurate information 24/7 in the RCS newsroom.  Our editorial staff will be gathering up-to-date information and sharing important industry updates.

  3. For OnDemand continuing education, contractors can continue to educate and inform their employees in the Read Listen Watch section.

  4. To get help or ask questions of industry-leading companies, contractors can connect with roofing experts in the RCS Directory.

  5. Learn from and reach out to the RCS Influencers and industry leaders to understand what they are saying about this pandemic.

Within the next couple of weeks, we will be launching enhanced one-on-one communications between contractors and the rest of the industry including associations, manufacturers, distributors and service providers.

We really want to know what you need from us.  How can we help during this crisis?  We are all in this together and we are here for you.  Please visit the Coffee Shop every day to let us know how you are doing, network with other professionals, read the latest news and most of all, work together.

Stay up to date with the latest roofing industry news when you sign up for the RCS Week in Review e-news.
