The Trends Survey, in its fifth year, asks contractors to report on topics regarding labor and material challenges, business issues, training and technology needs as well as areas of success in their businesses.

There are also questions to help identify recruiting and retention methods that work, the role that social media plays in their businesses and how virtual job fairs and other technologies are contributing to their success.
Since 2016, RCS has surveyed contractors in the industry and developed three Trends Reports to date that focus on the challenges faced by contractors, their likes and the tools they are using to build their businesses.
