A 40-year-old garage in West Orange, New Jersey was in dire need of repairs after taking a beating from penetrative water. The team of applicators, designers and Sika representatives for the garage project decided it was time to refurbish and repair the structural components that were deteriorated. They also needed a product that was high performing and durable enough to protect the building for the next 40 years. This is where the Sika liquid applied roofing and refurbishment products came in to help.  

Project requirement
