Rackley Roofing Company, Inc. Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Michelle Boykin has been promoted from Vice President of Service to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.

Rackley Roofing has announced the appointment of a new Chief Operating Officer of Rackley Roofing Company, Inc., to include Rackley East TN and R.D. Herbert and Sons companies effective April 20, 2018. Michelle Boykin has been promoted from Vice President of Service to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.

Boykin joined Rackley in 2010 and has worked closely with the service division, starting in Carthage, and helping to grow the company across the state of TN.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. Boykin serves as the Recruitment Chair for National Women in Roofing and is the Past Chair of the Tennessee Council for National Women in Roofing. She also serves as the VP of Communications for WCRE Nashville. In addition, she is a member of an ESE Roofing Peer Group that shares best practices among roofing contractors across North America, as well as RT3 (Roofing Technology Think Tank), a consortium of thought leaders exploring emerging technology solutions for the roofing industry nationwide.
