Leading manufacturer of waterproofing and roof systems, Polyglass U.S.A. Inc., has announced an update to their tiered Contractor Program. The Polyglass Contractor Program is a three-tiered program that recognizes a commitment to excellence and rewards contractors for quality Polyglass roof system installations.
Contractors who use Polyglass products and systems to complete projects can apply to join the Polyglass Contractor Program and gain access to free tools and resources, loyalty rewards and business support.
Polyglass has released a slew of updates based on contractor feedback and program performance. These updates include new ways to increase tiers, access to SPARC™, a revolutionary state-of-the-art roofing system configurator for Preferred and Quantum Contractors, and new exclusive warranties and programs.
Contractors who are currently enrolled in the Contractor Program and those who have yet to sign up with Polyglass may wonder what changes to expect. While Polyglass hasn’t released full details as of yet, they have given quite the sneak peek.
One of the major changes includes the recognition of loyal contractors and the differentiation of the tiers. For example, Quantum and Preferred Contractors— the first and second tiers —will receive special designations on the Polyglass website. Preferred and Quantum Contractors can also expect new, exclusive warranties and programs. To achieve Preferred and Quantum status, contractors will be required to complete a minimum square footage of material installed in Commercial projects, quality audits and training hours.
Warranty submissions will now be automated and easy to track through the portal. Quantum & Preferred Contractors will have exclusive access to SPARC, where they will be able to create, customize and send specs and submittal packages in less than 10 minutes.
Polyglass is also including marketing support for highest levels of the Contractor Program. Their customer service has always been top-tier, and now they are expanding services to include marketing. With the addition of marketing support, contractors will quickly see the benefits to their business.
High-tier contractors will also have an expanded opportunity for co-branding and invitations to the Contractor Advisory Council. Quantum Contractors can also earn invitations to regional and Quantum events with Polyglass staff.
The benefits here are trifold: expanded services, loyalty recognition and highly satisfied customers. Polyglass prides itself on their top-quality products and top-tier service, and now they’re spreading the skill to their partners.
