Bruce Bessire to lead daily operations as Peak Roofing expands reach.

Peak Roofing Partners (Peak Roofing), a portfolio company of Exuma Capital Partners, announces Bruce Bessire as the chief operating officer (COO). As COO, Bessire will lead Peak Roofing’s daily operations, reporting directly to the founder, Anthony Perera. Bessire will leverage his impressive background of successfully guiding high-performing teams to drive Peak Roofing toward operational excellence amidst rapid growth.

Throughout his career, Bessire has served in key leadership roles spanning multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, property & casualty insurance and roofing. Most recently, Bessire served as the vice-president of revenue and strategic initiatives at a 3rd generation commercial roofing company. He simultaneously led a sister residential roofing company focused on both traditional retail sales and partnering directly with home insurance carriers to create preferred roofing programs.
