Owens Corning Roofing unveils Lead Management powered by Toolsey

New platform helps enhance efficiency and expedite lead responses.

In an effort to help strengthen contractors’ businesses, members of the Owens Corning Roofing Contractor Network (OCCN) can now tap into Lead Management powered by Toolsey® via the OCConnect™ Resource Center. This new tool aggregates sales leads from various sources into a single portal, streamlining the assignment and tracking of leads.

Lead Management powered by Toolsey® is built around a “speed to lead” premise that considers how a faster response time can translate into an improved conversion rate. The easy-to-use resource integrates with additional resources in the contractor’s Tech Stack.

Lead Management powered by Toolsey® streamlines sales lead handling for organizations, particularly roofing contractors. By aggregating, assigning, communicating and tracking leads, the platform reduces response times to seconds, increasing the likelihood of converting leads into revenue. The basic version, included for all OCCN members, provides essential lead management features. For enhanced functionality, upgraded versions offer unlimited integrations, advanced photo and forms tools and lead management reports to optimize sales tracking. The companion mobile app is available on iOS and Android. Search for "OC Lead Management" in the App Store or Google Play to download.

Owens Corning Roofing Digital Contractor Manager Dave Banas noted that the surge in digital on-demand home improvement sites seems to be increasing homeowners’ expectations for almost instant responses to their queries. Lead Management powered by Toolsey® is designed to help contractors meet their customers’ desire for speed. “We are making it easy for roofing contractors to manage their lead sources,” Dave said. “By aggregating and managing homeowner leads in one centralized location, contractors can respond to inquiries efficiently and seamlessly integrate qualified leads into their customer relationship management (CRM) tool.” He added that as the approach enhances communication and helps foster trust, it also aids contractors in building strong relationships with homeowners.
