NTM Celebrates 30 Years!

New Tech Machinery 30 Years!
July 13, 2021 at 9:00 a.m.

By Cass Jacoby, RCS Reporter.

RoofersCoffeeShop® was on the beat at the 30-year anniversary and new facility celebration of New Tech Machinery.

It was a gorgeous sunny day when RoofersCoffeeShop showed up to the New Tech Machinery (NTM) Open House Celebration. We were greeted by a merch table, ready to give us a 30-year commemoration t-shirt and the smells of tacos and burgers wafted towards us from the food trucks.

Fun music and a cupcake display in the number 30 welcomed us all to the new facility for NTM in Aurora, Colorado. “It is an exciting day to celebrate with everyone,” Hayley Bohmer, an account manager for New Tech Machinery told RCS.

Since its establishment in 1991 in Denver, Colorado, New Tech Machinery has opened a second manufacturing facility in Hermosillo, Mexico (2004), and a distribution center in Valmadrera, Italy (2019) to support shipping equipment to European clients. The Denver branch has also recently relocated to a much larger warehouse in Aurora Colorado. On RoofersCoffeeShop’s tour of the facilities, Gabriela Blanco, told us, “This new warehouse is so much nicer than the previous one, we really needed this room.”

The celebration and tour were full of thoughtful reflections on the success of New Tech Machinery. Ben Bradley, a service manager, told RCS he is so proud of his company for their "innovation and ability to go out and help customers how we can, in addition to the quality of our equipment.”

Hayley and Gabriela echoed that NTM has been so successful thanks to the company’s innovation.

Hayley also believes that the company culture of cohesion and family is what makes NTM so successful, “We got to where we are today by making sure that we have good people around and by creating a cohesive atmosphere.”

“Everyone is so willing to work together. I love that comradery,” adds Gabriela.

The celebration has “been a long time coming” according to everyone who excitedly enjoyed a sunny picnic in Aurora saluting how their versatile, portable and easy-to-use rollforming products have revolutionized the metal construction industry.

“NTM has done a great job over the last 30 years,” said Tony Mazzella, CEO of Mazzella Companies. “We are really excited about our future.”

It is always wonderful to celebrate huge milestones for businesses in the industry like this one, we wish NTM many more years of comradery, growth and innovation.
