Popular Cedar Impressions® and Northwoods® profiles add bold new solid color selections.

Bold, solid colors are one of the top home exterior trends in 2019, and CertainTeed’s two most popular shake and shingle siding lines are leading the way: Cedar Impressions® Polymer and Northwoods® Vinyl siding. The new colors extend CertainTeed’s title as the industry color leader, adding to the existing wide palette of on-trend colors and profiles that can be mixed and matched for the ultimate in personalized curb appeal.

Cedar Impressions Individual 5-inch Sawmill Shingles and mitered corners are now available in Colonial White, Natural Clay, Savannah Wicker, Seagrass and Sterling Gray. These are in addition to the innovative Ageless Cedar™ color blends, which capture the appearance of natural Eastern White Cedar and Western Red Cedar at various stages, providing a comprehensive selection of unique random color patterns.

Accessories for Cedar Impressions Single 7-inch Straight Edge Perfection Shingles are now available in a new solid color to best complement the Ageless Cedar, Cedar Blend color. The new Cedar Blend solid color accessories include: outside corner, inside corner, j-channel, undersill trim, cornice mold and bay window corner. The shingles are also offered in Driftwood, Natural and Rustic blends.

The newest profile in the Northwoods’ line, Single 7-inch Straight Edge Perfection Shingle, now also offers three lighter shades in Colonial White, Sandstone Beige and Desert Tan. These new solid colors join the line’s 17 other colors, including Autumn Red, Espresso, Midnight Blue, Seagrass and more.
