There’s a wealth of reasons for contractors to join the Metal Roofing Alliance (MRA), an organization that represents metal roofing contractors and manufacturers in the United States and Canada. Contractors who join the MRA gain access to leads, marketing tools, social media promotions and more. But in order to become an MRA contractor member, you must be sponsored by a current MRA manufacturer member.
The MRA believes in representing trusted contractors and one of the ways they determine the quality of a contractor is through a manufacturer sponsorship. Although the MRA cannot guarantee any aspect of the contractor to the homeowners they work with, they trust that their thorough process produces quality contractor members.
When a manufacturer sponsors a contractor, the MRA asks that during the review process they look at a few different aspects concerning the contractor. The manufacturer should make sure that this contractor not only buys their products but is properly trained on how to install them. Manufacturers are also encouraged to look for any concerns about the company’s workmanship or any other reason the MRA should not allow them to join.
Here are just a few manufacturers that could sponsor your company:
Once sponsored, the MRA is now ensured by the manufacturer that this contractor uses quality metal roofing materials and they know how to install those materials properly. In return, the contractor has access to a wealth of resources that will benefit their metal roofing company for years to come.
