In this position, he will oversee the efficient execution of the overall strategy for the division and will be responsible for day-to-day operations, managing member benefits, marketing initiatives, new member acquisition and supply management. He will work closely with the ECA Advisory Board, the Membership and the FEI Group team.

Erdman joins FEI Group after nearly seven years with Tamko Building Products, where he managed national builder accounts and established long-standing relationships with multimillion-dollar businesses.
Earl Ward, who has been instrumental in building the foundation of ECA since its inception in 2019, has been promoted to Vice President. His nearly 40 years of experience in the roofing industry has helped the group expand its national footprint, improve the perception of the industry overall and give premier roofing contractors a voice on a national basis.
