Owens Corning is always trying to work with independent roofing contractors in the field to make their jobs easier and more efficient. From providing extended limited warranties to offering marketing support, contractors on all three of Owens Corning’s member levels can take their businesses to the next level. The newest addition to their suite of offerings for their Owens Corning Roofing Contractor Network (OCCN) members is their lead management platform, powered by Toolsey®.
This is a revolutionary way to manage your homeowner leads more effectively and convert more sales. Directly integrated into the existing OCConnect™ Resource Center, this platform allows you to aggregate leads from different places (such as the Find A Contractor space on owenscorning.com) into a centralized space. From there, you can set up auto-assignment amongst your sales team. Owens Corning’s team explained this process, “You have the option to choose from multiple assignment profiles to distribute your leads. You can opt for a simple rotation, also known as a ‘round-robin,' or a team assignment based on team geography or product type.” This means that when a new lead comes in, it will be immediately assigned to the appropriate salesperson with no downtime! Then, after a lead is qualified, lead details can also be sent to a contractor's CRM with an integration to be worked through their existing sales process.
Not only does this make your team’s internal organization simpler, but it also means that you will be able to respond to homeowners faster and increase the likelihood of making the sale.
