An SBS modified asphalt mineral surfaced roll roofing membrane, Supercap SBS®, can be applied on low-slope commercial and residential roofs.  This product is versatile and durable. It can be used as an underlayment and left exposed for one year. Available in ten solid and shingle blend options, Supercap SBS is Class A fire rated, and has excellent thermal shock resistance and cold temperature flexibility.

Ecotorch® is a torch-applied roofing membrane.  This environmentally friendly membrane incorporates recycled tires, with each roll eliminating one half of a tire from landfills.  Ecotorch is designed for flashing, new roofing and re-roofing applications. Available in eight solid and shingle blends, in addition to a cool roof granule, this roofing membrane is durable and dependable.

Available in three different weights, TU35, TU43 and TU70, Selfstick/Layfast SBS TU70® is a premium roofing underlayment.  The “rubberized asphalt composition provides unmatched waterproofing, durability, and fastener sealing,” MBTechnology explains.  The fiberglass reinforced base provides greater resistance to rot and deterioration compared to typical felt underlayment. This product is also backed by material warranties ranging from 10 to 30 years.
