Introducing the New and Improved Johns Manville Roofing Training Institute

Johns Manville will be offering exciting new on-site training opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.  

The training opportunities offered by Johns Manville have consistently improved over the years. Our first training program, Better Understanding of Roofing Systems Institute (BURSI), has been going strong for more than fifty years! Over the last several decades the program has offered education to those in different roles in the industry such as architects, engineers, specifiers and consultants as they continue to expand their knowledge of roofing. The program will be offered again in the fall, so be sure to check out those dates here. 

Beyond BURSI, we have our Rockdale Training Center that was opened in 2007 to offer hands-on training for our contractors in our Peak Advantage® Program. This program gives contractors access to resources for their business and crew. It is important to us that our Peak Advantage JM Approved Contractors know how to properly install and be educated on Johns Manville commercial roofing products. We are expanding our contractor training beyond the walls of our training center and offering on-site training with specific training-modules to our 2023 Altitude Club™, Summit Club® and Pinnacle Council® level contractors.
