RCMA will host their Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening, February 13th starting at 6:00 pm at The Westin Nashville and will honor those who have made an impact in the roof coating industry with the Martin A. Davis Award and the James "Tim" Nelligan Industry Statesman Award.
RCMA President Greg Hlavaty of Western Colloid said that the Gala is being held the evening of the last day of the IRE and will provide a great opportunity for anyone who isn’t departing Nashville until the next day to spend some time networking and having fun. “We will have a really nice buffet dinner that will allow people to come and go,” he explained. “We’ve also got a great band that is well know in the Nashville area for its 80’s cover songs. There will be a lot of opportunity for dancing.”
Entertainment will be provided by The Bueller Band, a premiere 80s tribute band. The gala provides attendees the opportunity to network and mingle with the leading manufacturers of roof coatings along with other members of the roofing industry. It’s an opportunity to learn what’s new in the market and what 2019 might bring for coatings.
Hlavaty said the RCMA typically meets prior to the IRE but with the 2019 Expo schedule not being the traditional Wednesday through Friday, the association needed to adjust their schedule as well. They decided that hosting the Gala would be a fun way to encourage people to stay just one more day following the IRE show.
RCMA invites you to celebrate and dance them. Tickets are required for the Gala dinner and can be purchased here.
