Last month, at the International Roofing Expo, IKO, a global manufacturer of residential roofing shingles and commercial waterproofing and roofing products, introduced its new revolutionary loyalty program designed to help contractors increase their business and boost their bottom line.
This fully integrated program connects contractors with potential customers as they begin the research process and guides the contractor customer relationship throughout the buying journey. Online resources shine a spotlight on IKO’s ROOFPRO contractors through agency-managed advertising and program vendor programs. The ROOFPRO GO! app delivers leads from multiple input sources directly to member’s smartphones. And, the robust Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) customer relationship management (CRM) program is customized for roofing contractors and allows for real-time alerts and responsive communications — from initial interest through installation.
“We’re proud of this program and are excited to launch it for 2019,” says Jeff Williams, brand director, North America, IKO. “ROOFPRO contractors will not only benefit from comprehensive business support tools designed for their businesses — a game changer for their bottom line — but they’ll also benefit from educational resources, expert community programming, extended warranties and much, much more.”
“We’ve taken loyalty programs to the next level with ROOFPRO,” says Nicole Gray, IKO loyalty program manager. “We say that ‘IKO is roofing elevated’ and this program delivers on that promise in a big way for our contractors.”
Current IKO loyalty program (Shield and ShieldPRO plus+) members began transitioning to the new program in January. Contractors interested in becoming an IKO ROOFPRO member can apply at www.ikoroofpro.com.
