IKO Residential unveils refreshed brand identity – Proven Performance – and a redesigned ROOFPRO portal for contractors while IKO Commercial showcases Innovi™ TPO, Matrix™ Formulation and Hand-Weld IKO InnoviTPO Demo.

IKO, a worldwide leader in the roofing, waterproofing and insulation industries for residential and commercial markets, kicked off its participation at the 2025 International Roofing Expo (IRE) with exciting updates under the theme Tomorrow’s Roof Today. Visitors can explore IKO’s offerings at Booth No. 10062 during the event, which runs from February 19–21, 2025.

IKO Residential enters 2025 with a refreshed brand identity: Proven Performance. More than just product innovation, it reflects IKO’s commitment to excellence in manufacturing, customer support and a digital-first approach. The brand refresh is accompanied by the launch of IKO’s newly redesigned website— a cutting-edge platform crafted to inspire, inform and empower both contractors and homeowners. The site delivers a fast, intuitive and immersive experience, enhanced by the use of animations and videos that create a dynamic interface. Vibrant product pages highlight enhanced color blends, while a streamlined, e-commerce-like interface makes it effortless to find high-performance IKO shingles that blend durability with unmatched curb appeal. As an educational hub, the website explains the benefits of performance roofing and offers design inspiration through collaborations with leading influencers, including HGTV personality Scott McGillivray. From mood boards to style guidance, the platform turns visions into reality. Contractors gain access to qualified leads, seamless rewards tools and an industry-first instant quote feature to grow their businesses with ease. The new website offers something for everyone, providing expert guidance at every step of the journey.

With Proven Performance at the heart of everything IKO does, the company is proud to announce that all three laminate shingles in its lineup now feature at least a Class 3 impact resistance rating. The Cambridge Shingle line now joins Dynasty Shingles, already rated Class 3 and Nordic Shingles, which feature a Class 4 rating. These impact resistance ratings may help residential property owners potentially qualify for reductions in their home insurance premiums, where available.

On the product front, IKO Residential is showcasing its latest color option, Matte Black, a timeless deep black addition to its Dynasty performance shingle line, alongside the expanded Dynasty® Cool Colors Plus shingle line, featuring six new vibrant color options. Visitors to the IKO booth can experience special demos of CodePlus, a high-performance application method designed to exceed building code requirements using IKO’s purpose-built products. They can also connect with Travis Jones from Texas-based Smart Roof and Home Performance, and a proud IKO ROOFPRO member. Travis will be a guest speaker at the booth, sharing his unique selling approach and hosting interactive demos highlighting the benefits of IKO’s CodePlus performance application system on Day 1 (Feb 19) and Day 2 (Feb 20) of IRE at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

IKO ROOFPRO – Empowering contractors with rewards and resources

IKO's ROOFPRO loyalty program continues to support residential contractors, reinforcing its commitment to the professional member network. Depending on a member’s tier level, it offers marketing funds, discounts, leads and resources, giving contractors more value for using IKO products. IRE will also witness the showcase of the redesigned ROOFPRO Portal. Featuring a sleek, updated look and a simplified, intuitive user experience, the portal makes it effortless for contractors to track rewards, access essential tools and manage their memberships — all in one place. Later this year, it will introduce an exciting feature: the option to request rebate payments via electronic transfer. The ROOFPRO team will also host live demos of the new portal and sign up new members to the program. As ROOFPRO's tagline says, ‘IKO Loves You Back’; the team is dedicated to providing the support and resources contractors need to thrive.

Innovative solutions from IKO Commercial

IKO Commercial continues to lead the way with its cutting-edge offerings and strategic advancements and will be showcasing its high-performance solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial roofing. The Innovi™TPO Single-Ply Roofing Membrane System stands out as a durable, energy-efficient solution designed for the most demanding applications, while our proprietary Matrix™ formulation, a breakthrough chemistry that is foundational to IKO InnoviTPO products, delivers exceptional performance for flat and low-slope roofs, ensuring long-term value for commercial properties. At IRE 2025, attendees will discover the full breadth of IKO’s comprehensive roofing system, showcased through the Innovi™TPO accessory collection. This complete lineup seamlessly integrates all components required for a reliable and cohesive single-ply solution.

Strengthening its digital approach, IKO Commercial will soon be launching the IKO Rooftop Access App that aims to empower contractors and professionals with quick access to essential documents, technical support and product details directly from the job site or when on the go, for enhanced efficiency. This latest offering follows the successful launch of IKO Commercial’s website and the new warranty portal for IKO Approved Applicator Program (IAAP) Contractors last year, both of which received positive feedback for their intuitive design and user-friendly experience. Additionally, IKO has been expanding its sales presence in the U.S. and had appointed Sonder & Associates in South Texas and Conner-Legrand in North Texas to bolster its presence in Texas, the U.S.'s largest TPO market, solidifying its commitment to growth and customer satisfaction in the region, allowing IKO Commercial’s customers to ‘Specify with Confidence’. Sonder & Associates has expanded its territory into Central Texas and has also been serving Austin and San Antonio, since January 2025.
