Calling all women in roofing! Gopika Viswanathan, a graduate student at Clemson University, is conducting research on recruitment and retention of women in the roofing industry, and we have the opportunity to support her in this research. Please consider supporting her research by participating in this survey. It should take no longer than 8-10 minutes to complete and your participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will remain anonymous.
Simply by answering survey questions related to company culture factors, you can contribute to the roofing industry. Your answers can help identify company culture components that help attract and retain women, which can provide valuable insights into the perceptions of women within the industry. When you begin to identify how companies differ, you can identify gaps and take action to create a more inclusive workplace.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach Gopika at gopikav@clemson.edu or Professor Dhaval Gajjar at dgajjar@gmail.com. Thank you in advance for your participation and contribution to this study.
Take the survey today and help contribute to the company culture of roofing companies for greater attraction and retention of women in the industry.
