Houck Group, Inc. joins the Roofing Alliance as new Governor Member

Roofing Alliance members play a pivotal role in shaping and driving innovative advancements in the roofing industry.

The Roofing Alliance is proud to welcome Houck Group, Inc., based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as its newest Governor Member. Houck Group, Inc. is the 204th member to join this esteemed group, strengthening a collective of forward-thinking leaders dedicated to shaping and advancing the roofing industry’s future.

“I’m proud to support the Roofing Alliance and give back in this way to the roofing industry,” said Kara Houck McCaffrey, CWO (chief wellness officer) & vice chair. “Their prioritization on education and training is near and dear to my heart, having spent over a decade in corporate education before returning to the construction industry. Training for construction workers is huge – from a learning perspective, as a growth opportunity and to elevate the importance and professionalism of roofing. I’m thankful for all the Roofing Alliance does to move the workforce and the industry forward.” 

The Roofing Alliance has attracted some of the best and brightest roofing professionals in the industry, uniting them in a shared mission to drive the industry forward. Together, they oversee and fund innovative programs and research initiatives that shape, enhance and propel the roofing industry in four critical areas: education and training, technology, sustainability and philanthropy.
