Roofers in Recovery is a nonprofit organization focused on empowering people who want help stabilizing and improving their lives through treatment programs with an amazing staff and community of compassionate people. Helping roofers who are struggling with addiction, Roofers in Recovery provides resources for recovery.
Roofers in Recovery has the goal of sending 50 people to recovery in 2022 which will cost about $750,000. This June 3 is Roofers in Recovery Day, Roofers in Recovery is asking 150 contractors across America to build a roof in honor of National Roofers in Recovery Day and donate the profits to Roofers in Recovery.
If they can get 150 contractors to agree to donating their profits, they can raise enough money to reach their goal and give the gift of sobriety to 50 roofers.
“We both know that at some point in our recovery someone stepped out and gave us a hand and helped us and put us on the right path,” says founder Paul Reed in Season 4, Episode 22 of the Roofing Road Trips “That's what we want to do.”
“The gift that sobriety gave me and Paul, that gave us the opportunity to become who we are today,” agrees fellow founder Eric Oberembt in that same podcast. Help give the same opportunity to roofers in need of a support system. Agree to build a roof in honor of Roofers inRecovery and donate your profits this Roofers in Recovery Day.
Help make a difference and give back to the roofing industry, donate today!
