American Metalcraft and their sister company Finishing Dynamics are trusted names amongst industry professionals as the top choice for high-quality fluoropolymer painted architectural metal products. They manufacture solid-plate aluminum rainscreens, perforated panels, ornamental and brake metal, sunshades, column covers and custom exterior elements. Both companies are located in the same 78,000 square foot facility, allowing for the highest level of quality control in the manufacturing process from start to finish – literally! Solid plate aluminum products finished with PVDF coating provide a long-lasting and sustainable solution for any project. Through their endless selection of color options including micas, metallics and custom shades, American Metalcraft and Finishing Dynamics can create a unique and timeless exterior aesthetic!
Let’s take a look at two projects:
Thayer High School, located in Southeastern Missouri, is a great example of the use of color to achieve a specific look – in this case, retro! American Metalcraft engineered and fabricated their patented rainscreen system – the RS100. In the same facility, Finishing Dynamics then applied extrusion coating in various shades of green to complete the products. Installers love working with the RS100 because it goes more quickly and easily than many other systems.
Project details
Another project that American Metalcraft and Finishing Dynamics tackled together is the Lee’s Summit Water Utility Service Center located just outside Kansas City, Missouri. American Metalcraft engineered and fabricated their patented RS100 system. Moving one aisle over in the same building, Finishing Dynamics provided the extrusion coating application in a vibrant, Arabian blue and somerset pewter. This project made the cover of Metal Construction News’ 2020 Hall of Fame issue.
