From confirming your order details to designing your banners and coordinating delivery, we strive to provide clear communication, so you always know what to expect and when to expect it.

If we don’t receive your artwork within 24 to 48 hours, our banner team will reach out to you directly by phone. Once we receive your artwork and logos, we’ll work closely with you to fine-tune your design until you're 100% satisfied. When you have officially proofed and approved your banner, we’ll send it to our super high-definition eco-solvent printers. Don’t forget that with our new high-resolution printing, you can feature crisp, professional photos of your team. It’s a great way to build trust, boost brand visibility and let everyone know who’s behind the quality service you provide.
After printing, each banner moves to our dedicated production department, where our skilled tailor cuts and sews your banner to their exact specifications. Once completed, the banners are transferred to our warehouse, where every order is carefully inspected, securely packed and prepared for shipment. Our goal is to quickly and efficiently deliver your high-quality product, ready for installation on your next job site.
If you need to receive your kit quickly and prefer to have the banners sent separately, just let us know — we’re happy to arrange shipping to meet your schedule and ensure convenience. For orders that don’t include banners, we typically ship the following business day.
