NRCA University is accepting applications for its next three-year Future Executives Institute (FEI) program; NRCA members will receive a discount on tuition.
FEI is a comprehensive and powerful learning experience focusing on leading and managing a thriving roofing business. The program offers participants an in-depth look at management theory and practice, and a unique industry networking opportunity while developing their leadership and communication skills. It is based on 10 core areas essential to small-business operations: management, leadership, strategic planning, human resources, financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships/succession and personal-development skills.
Courses are held at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and taught by Northwestern University professors, industry leaders and field experts. Class size is limited to allow for in-depth discussions and relationship building during the program; only 30 spaces are available.
