In a demanding and increasingly competitive industry, you need to stand out and stay ahead. From training courses to professional recognition, the Peak Advantage Program is designed to elevate your business and your reach.
Achieve better standards and grow your team's knowledge by certifying your workforce, demonstrating your commitment to professionalism, quality and your employees' futures while also providing your company with a significant competitive advantage.
In a simple three-step process you can demonstrate your substantial roofing skills and knowledge becoming certified by NRCA in specific roof system installations. The installer simply takes a knowledge exam to verify that they have basic knowledge in steep slope or low slope. It's not proctored, they can take it multiple times from anywhere online. Then apply, having the employer verify that the installer has two years' experience. The final step is to roof a mock-up for a qualified assessor.
To take advantage of JM’s free ProCertification assessment, go to the NRCA’s website, where you will find a ProCertification section, in that section, there is a list of every Qualified Assessor, and they are all over the country.
Johns Manville makes the final step of getting certified easy, offering lots of options to finish the hands-on portion of the certification. Up to 40 qualified assessors are available who are willing to fly to you or set up testing in conjunction with roofing conventions like IRE to administer the NRCA ProCertification thermoplastic test.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to elevate your business, join Johns Manville’s Peak Advantage program and start working on ProCertification today!
