The Metal Construction Association (MCA) will be starting the new year with their 2025 Winter Meeting on January 20-22. Hosted in Cape Coral, Florida, this meeting is the perfect opportunity to position yourself and your business for growth and success in the new year. Not only will there be innovative educational events, but there will also be fun and networking opportunities!
There will be council and committee meetings along with a full schedule of sessions about everything from sustainability to metal codes/standards. There are also two keynote speakers, Lisa Ryan and Alex Chausovsky, that will be sharing about emerging economic conditions and workforce engagement in the industry.
Lisa is the author, founder and CEO of the professional training and coaching company Grategy. In her keynote, she will speak about industry workforce shortages and how business owners can create a productive environment that helps mitigate this issue.
Alex is the VP of analytics and consulting with The Bundy Group. He is a highly experienced market researcher and analyst. His keynote will focus on practical and actionable advice the those in the metal construction industry can use to navigate the upcoming economic conditions (things such as inflation, supply chain developments and interest rates).
The event will be happening at the Westin Cape Coral Resort and the resort has kindly offered attendees a discounted rate when they register more than one person from their company. They also have a suite of amenities including complimentary morning yoga, two-hour dolphin tours at 9:30 and 11:30 am and free bike rentals that you can explore between sessions! And if you want to turn the trip into both business and fun, Westin will offer the negotiated room rate three days before and after the event as well (based on availability).
