Tallahassee, Florida-based Tadlock Roofing recently opened their fifth location in Pensacola and to celebrate it they partnered with the local Habitat for Humanity to donate a roof to a family in need.
Josh Womack with Habitat for Humanity told channel 3WEARTV, “For a company to come in brand new and say ‘I love the community’ that just warms your heart. You really say you’re about the community.” He said that Pensacola’s Habitat Neighborhood Revitalization Board will pick a homeowner in need to receive the roof replacement in September. They have about seven families who need a roof replacement but they aren’t usually able to do them because of the significant cost.
Do you know of someone in the industry who is ‘doing good deeds’ in their community? Help us catch them at it. Send news and information to info@rooferscoffeeshop.com
