Enhance Your Contracting Know-how at the 2023 IIBEC Convention and Tradeshow

The 2023 IIBEC Convention and Tradeshow is fast approaching and this year’s list of speakers and itinerary is sure to excite all those in the contracting industry. Taking place March 3-6 in Houston, Texas at The Marriott Marquis Houston and George R. • Use of UAS and Reality Capture Technology in Transforming the Future of Enclosure Assessment - This seminar will provide three different lectures regarding Emerging Building Technology and how the learner can incorporate them into their professional practice.  
• Hazard Identification and Solutions for Compliance with Rooftop Fall Protection Regulations -Roofing professionals who are well-versed about the regulations and products related to fall protection can be a great asset for building owners. Having an understanding of fall protection can also give them an edge over their competition. Being aware of the most common risks and how to prevent them not only safeguards employees and prevents fatalities in the workplace, but it also reduces the liability of building owners and employers. Being informed of the law is beneficial for all parties involved. Although adhering to these regulations may seem expensive, the cost of not doing so could be much higher. 

A few more fun events to look forward to at the convention are the RCI-IIBEC Foundation Golf Tournament at the Wildcat Golf Club Lakes Course and the convention’s keynote speaker, Seth Mattison. Seth is a world-renowned speaker on leadership, talent management and change and innovation.
