The fully transferable 25 and 30-year warranty options may be utilized on new construction and tear-off projects with approved roof decks.

SAGINAW, MICHIGAN — Duro-Last, Inc. is pleased to introduce 25 and 30-Year No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty options for select Duro-Last Roofing System installations. Accessible to authorized Duro-Last Contractors with Platinum, Elite or Master level certification, these new warranties offer extended coverage opportunities for commercial projects.

The 25 and 30-year warranties may be utilized on new construction and tear-off projects with approved roof decks, and are issued with an accompanying Owner Maintenance Checklist. They are also fully transferable.
