SAGINAW, MICHIGAN — Duro-Last, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike Tracey as Director of Continuous Improvement. In this newly-created position, Mike will work closely with Duro-Last’s Chief Executive Officer Tom Saeli to develop and oversee the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering Services departments. He will also oversee the continuous improvement of existing products and services, new product research, and the overall customer experience.
Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan-Flint and comes to Duro-Last from Acument Global Technologies where he served for 22 years in various positions including Director of Operations, Regional Materials and Distribution Manager, and most recently as Director of Material Management. During his time at Acument, Mike was instrumental in implementing lean scheduling systems for the organization.
