In this newly created position, Don will be responsible for coordinating the management and growth of Duro-Last’s custom-fabricated products through education, training and marketing efforts. He will collaborate closely with multiple departments within the organization to develop additional tools, informational resources and training opportunities to drive custom-fabricated product awareness and sales.
Don has been a dedicated employee of John R. Burt Enterprises for 22 years, working in multiple positions throughout the organization including Duro-Last production, Quality Assurance Warranty Crew, Quality Assurance Trainer, and most recently as a Quality Assurance Regional Manager. His extensive history and knowledge of Duro-Last Roofing Systems, as well as his enthusiasm and dedication to customer-service, will undoubtedly aid in the continued success of Duro-Last’s custom-fabricated products and the company as a whole.
