Teresa Finer and Natalia Gove counsel clients in the areas of business and family-based immigration law, compliance and training. Their experience includes preparation and filing of employment and family based visa petitions, applications for PERM alien labor certification, I-9 compliance, nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, investment visas and naturalization/citizenship matters. Teresa and Natalia work with employers and investors to secure temporary work authorization and U.S. permanent residency. Their clients include corporations who employ foreign nationals and individuals seeking family-based and business-related visas.

Prior to joining Cotney Construction Law, both Teresa and Natalia worked at a full-service corporate law firm representing and counseling employers and individuals in business and family immigration matters.

Teresa has more than 30 years of experience developing and leading the immigration practice at corporate firms in Orlando and Atlanta. She has been named in Best Lawyers in America since 2008, including “Lawyers of the Year” for immigration practice in 2013. She is Chair of the Naturalization Ceremony for the Orange County Bar Association Law Week Committee.

Natalia serves in leadership roles as the Co-Chair of the Immigration and International Law Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, Vice-Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Practice Management Committee, and the Co-Chair of the Naturalization Ceremony for the Orange County Bar Association Law Week Committee. She is fluent in Russian and is a qualified interpreter for federal and state courts.
