Speaker bios:
As a Board-certified construction lawyer in Florida who is also licensed in Illinois, Tennessee, and Texas, Trent focuses his practice on all aspects of construction litigation and arbitration, including OSHA defense, lien law, bond law, and bid protests, as well as construction document review and drafting. He routinely represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers, architects, engineers, developers, and others in the construction industry in a variety of matters.
Danielle joined Cotney Construction Law in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience as an attorney. Her practice encompasses all areas of construction law including construction defect litigation, lien law, bond law, building code violation defense, OSHA defense, construction license issues, and contract review and drafting. Danielle has been involved in disputes involving construction scheduling, insurance, claims avoidance, and other related matters.
